“The song is about that moment you realize you have to shift gears,” says Brett Voss. “It’s about understanding that holding onto a difficult situation isn't always strength—sometimes, true strength is finding the courage to say, 'There has to be another way,' and actually taking that first step.”

In 2024 I released the EP "The Days of Being" with four indie pop styled tracks What it Takes, Beginning, Better and Revealed. This release was recorded at Machine Lab Studios and mixed by Jared Adlam. Guy Cornwell played drums and Tyghe on keyboards.

Brett Voss- Inside
I produced this EP called Inside in 2019. The first three tracks were newly written material, while the track Time to Begin had been previously recorded as a demo many years previous. This EP was recorded and mixed by Jared Adlam, who also played bass. Reece Baines played drums and the EP was mostly mastered by Paul Blakey, with some contributions from me.
